She worked in Australia, Asia, USA, the UK and Europe, and has a deep understanding of complex geopolitical landscapes and can leverage her connections globally and from diverse sectors.
Amber spring-boarded her career as an award-winning TV and print journalist turned media relations expert, public relations director, and sought-after crisis communications consultant. She has been engaged by scores of household-name organisations including AMP, Deloitte, Finity, Westfield, Sydney Water, Sephora, Westpac, eBay, and Stryker.
Hundreds of well-known CEOS, business leaders and senior spokespersons have engaged Amber to help bolster their PR strategies, navigate a crisis, improve stakeholder relations, and sharpen their communications thinking for the immediate and longer terms. Amber is also a licensed media trainer and presentation skills coach.
She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has served as a non-executive board member for organisations such as Women for Election Australia (WFEA), the Wayside Chapel, Together for Humanity and the Central Coast Sports College.
Amber holds a BA (Communications) from the University of Technology majoring in Journalism and Politics, a MA from the College of Fine Arts (UNSW), and a Graduate Certificate in South-East Asian Arts from the University of London. A firm believer in life-long education, she is currently studying Environmental Sustainability and Business Management at the University of Newcastle, with a goal of working with more businesses committed to making the planet better for all.
